Processing and delivery time

We process orders within 1-5 business days, Monday through Friday. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been processed.

The store offers products online only. Our company is based in the Bas-St-Laurent. Orders can be picked up in La Pocatière. If you wish to pick up your order, please contact us.

Fixed delivery costs:

• 12.95$ for Quebec and Ontario, free delivery on the purchase of 120$ and more before taxes.
• 15.95$ for other Canadian provinces, free delivery on the purchase of 150$ and more before taxes.
• 25 $ for the United States

Customs fees: we are not responsible for customs fees, these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order modification

If you wish to make an order modification, contact us by email as soon as possible.

Return and exchange

No returns or exchanges on custom-cut products. If you notice an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days following receipt of your order, we will ask you to send us a photo of the product in question.

In the event of an error on our part, we will find an agreement, either a refund or an exchange.

Color variations

We try to reproduce the colors of the products as faithfully as possible. However, due to monitor calibration, color differences may occur between the products displayed and those you receive. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund a product found to be the wrong color.
